Acceptance of Terms
By accessing PanelLabel.com or placing an order with Panel Label Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Custom Orders
All products are custom manufactured to your specifications. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all text, dimensions, colors, and quantities submitted with your order. Orders are produced exactly as submitted; we do not proofread or modify customer-supplied content.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is calculated based on label size, quantity, and selected options. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment is required before production begins unless approved credit terms are in place.
Production and Lead Time
Standard lead time begins once payment and final order specifications are confirmed. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and material availability.
Intellectual Property
All site content - including logos, design tools, and documentation - is the property of Panel Label Company and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Customer-supplied content remains the property of the customer, who warrants the right to use any submitted text or marks.
Limitation of Liability
Panel Label Company's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of the affected items. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including installation costs or downtime.
Warranty
Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 14 days from receipt. UL Approved Rowmark DurMark materials carry the manufacturer's standard warranty for material durability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
