Production Lead Time

All labels and legend plates are custom manufactured. Standard production lead time is typically 1-3 business days from order confirmation, depending on order size and current production schedule. Larger or specialty orders may require additional time and will be quoted accordingly.

Shipping Methods

Orders ship from our facility in Clayton, North Carolina via UPS or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Ground: 1-5 business days within the continental U.S.
Expedited (2-Day / Next-Day): Available at additional cost
Freight: Available for large bulk orders by quote

Free Shipping

Orders over $99 qualify for free ground shipping within the continental U.S. Free shipping applies to ground service only - expedited and overnight options remain available at standard rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking is also available in your account order history.

Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is available by quote - please contact us for a rate before placing an international order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. For lost shipments, please allow the carrier's full delivery window before contacting us so we can open a trace with the carrier.
