Refund Policy

Custom Manufactured Products

All labels and legend plates produced by Panel Label Company are custom manufactured to the specifications submitted by the customer. Because each order is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for customer ordering errors, including but not limited to incorrect text, sizing, color selection, or quantity.

Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, an engraving error attributable to Panel Label Company, or material damage from production, we will replace the affected items at no charge or issue a refund for the defective portion of the order.

Defect claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Please email photos of the defective items along with your order number to support.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no charge if production has not yet started. Once an order has entered production, cancellation is not available as materials have been committed and engraving is in progress.
